    We proudly ship to Europe, North America, and Australia. All parcels are dispatched directly from our artisan studio in China, ensuring that every piece of CloudGauze heritage reaches you with full tracking and a required signature upon delivery for maximum security.

    Order Processing

    Every CloudGauze garment is treated with artisan care. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Once your parcel is handed to our carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking details.

    Note: These are estimated timeframes provided by our premium carriers. While we strive for punctuality, potential delays due to customs clearance, national holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) are beyond our control.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    International deliveries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees as determined by the destination country.

    • Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    • Declaration: We are legally required to declare the actual transaction value on all customs forms.

    Tracking Your Journey

    Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email and can also be accessed via your CloudGauze Account Dashboard.

    Undeliverable Parcels

    • Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will apply.

    • Unclaimed Parcels: If a parcel is not collected and returned to our studio, we can offer a re-shipment (at customer cost) or a refund of the product value minus the original shipping expenses incurred by the studio.

    Lost or Delayed Shipments

    If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, please contact our concierge team at stellargem86@gmail.com. We will immediately open an official investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
