SECTION 2 - THE ARTISAN NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

2.1 Natural Variations

Our products are crafted using Xiangyunsha (Mud Silk)—a heritage textile created through a 500-year-old plant-dyeing and sun-curing process.

• You acknowledge that due to the 100% organic nature of the dyes and the manual "3-9-18" production method, slight variations in color, texture, and natural "cracks" are characteristic of the fabric and are not considered defects.

• We have made every effort to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

2.2 Limited Availability

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - MADE-TO-ORDER SALES & MODIFICATIONS

3.1 Production Process

At CloudGauze, we uphold the tradition of slow fashion. Most of our items are Made-to-Order or produced in small batches.

• Production typically commences only after payment confirmation.

• Standard production lead time is 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order for any reason, including inaccuracies in pricing or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

SECTION 4 - NO RETURN & NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the scarce nature of Xiangyunsha silk, the bespoke embroidery involved, and the high hygiene standards of luxury garments, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

• Please refer to our Size Guide carefully or consult our concierge team before finalizing your purchase.

• In the exceptional case of a documented manufacturing defect, please contact support@cloudgauze.com within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Taxes & Duties: Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include international customs duties, import VAT, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is truthful.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Shipping is conducted in accordance with our [Shipping Policy].

• Title of Goods: Once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier, the title and the risk of loss pass to you.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing, international holidays, or carrier-related issues.

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., currency converters) or links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third parties. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

CloudGauze is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the specific sales transactions or the quality of the products; your legal relationship regarding purchases is directly with CloudGauze.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CloudGauze is headquartered. Any disputes shall first be sought for amicable resolution. If mediation fails, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the local courts of our business registration.
